It’s a constant barrage of: rates are going up- no-rates are going down, banks are lending-no-banks are denying, do it now-no-do it later.
See? Makes you crazy.
The truth is, determining if the time is right to get a home loan of any type depends on your personal situation and goals and none of the talking heads on TV know your personal situation.
