Hi I’m Paul Otto.  I am the Assistant Vice President and I’ve actually been here since May 2009.  The thing that I love the most our company is that we focus on development.  Individually, helping people reach and surpass their potential as well as staying focused on industry knowledge and keeping people aware of whats going on in the industry.
