Who said you can’t have your cake and eat it too? Well, Andy from New Jersey for one.

A self-proclaimed pessimist extraordinaire, Andy told our Loan Advisor, “Since warm weather’s coming and a lot of people will want money for home improvements and stuff, most of you guys will raise your fees; even those that don’t are so unpleasant to work with…I’m not sure it’s worth it.”

Oh Andy, Andy, Andy – who have you been contacting?

Let’s get a few things straight…

First, we never raise our rates because of demand. We will offer you the best deal we possibly can whether you are the 1^st customer of the season or the 1,000^th; and rates right now are very low.

Next – and forgive us for bragging a tad – we have won numerous awards for the way we treat customers. In fact, Lending Tree just recently named us as one of the Top 10 Lenders based upon mortgage rates, fees, closing costs, responsiveness and customer service.

So what this meant to Andy – and what it could mean to you – was that he could indeed get the best solution for his situation without worrying about the season. He needed money, he needed a friendly ear that would actually listen to him, and he needed wise counsel. He needed to call us!
