The Oaks Academy Christmas Tree Festival
A new tradition was started by The Oaks Academy and Royal United Mortgage LLC was honored to be part of it. The Christmas Tree Festival took place November 11th thru the November 19th. The multi-day event was created to: raise awareness about the school to the community, attract new donors and potential families, and increase support for student scholarships. The event was held at The Middle School Commons.
Leading companies from Indianapolis sponsored trees. Each company then chose a theme and decorated the trees. Festival attendees were then able to purchase the trees and the inclusive gifts. Home Sweet Home was the theme for the Royal United Mortgage LLC Christmas Tree.

Some of the gifts that accompanied the tree were: Vizio 55” 4K LED TV, Sonos Speakers and a Dyson handheld vacuum. The Home Sweet Home tree and gifts helped raise $2,000 for The Oaks Academy. Additionally, it was voted ‘Favorite Tree’ for the inaugural year of the festival.
Over 1,000 people attended The Oaks Academy Christmas Tree Festival. There were 27 decorated Christmas Trees, all of which were sold. All together the festival help raise over $50,000 to help support student scholarships.
