The Whole Band Has To Play The Same Tune
Loan Advisors are the rock stars of the mortgage industry (and ours are going to take some ribbing when the other team members read this). They are the ones in front of the customer, they are the voice of the company, they set the expectations, and all the credit for a good performance usually goes to them. At Royal United Mortgage LLC we are very fortunate to have great ones.
However, even the best singer can’t be successful by doing everything alone. The musicians, stage hands and managers all have to be dancing to the same beat. Can you imagine Elvis wailing on Hound Dog while the band was playing Love Me Tender? It wouldn’t be pretty.
Our Loan Advisors are the same way: talented they are – soloists they’re not. Behind them are professional Underwriters, Processors and Closers; and let’s not forget the Trainers, Administrators and Managers. All have to be working efficiently, quickly and towards the same goal. When they all work together they can put on quite a show.
But how do you know if a mortgage company has their act together? I would suggest you listen to what other people have said about our performance. Take Skip from Pennsylvania for instance:

You don’t get this type of rave review unless the entire ensemble is operating at its peak. You don’t get praised like this unless you have special people at every position. You don’t get over a thousand accolades similar to this unless your entire organization is dedicated to giving their audience the best experience possible.
