In the meantime, I received a call from Kaley and told her I was working with a local bank and asked her to call me back in a week if I hadn’t heard from them. Zach was my loan advisor and he was with me every step of the way. He was very courteous and spoke with me honestly through each step of the loan process. I was a little skeptical of getting a mortgage refinance over the computer online. Since I had already been turned down by my local credit union where I applied in person back in November of 2016. After filling out the lending tree form online. I had a call from Royal United within minutes. Needless to say, the entire process went very smoothly and I was closing on my mortgage within three weeks. We could have got it done sooner but we had a death in the family and I had to delay the appraisal by 5 days. He always would follow up exactly when he said he would be contacting me next and made above and beyond effort to answer any questions, sometimes calling me three times a day to answer questions that I had in addition to many emails sent. I know he has many clients but I never felt like I was just another number or one of many, it really felt like I was a priority throughout the process and that he was an advocate for me. He did a great job and I would recommend to anyone looking!</p>
