Exceeding Expectations

We decided to do a cash-out refinance and I contacted a local bank.  I waited a week with no return call. In the meantime, I received a call from Kaley and told her I was working with a local bank and asked her to call me back in a week if I hadn’t heard from them.  After another week went by,  Kaley called me back I decided to put in my application with her. After talking with Kaley getting all my paperwork together,  Drew Colello called me within the hour as Kaley said he would. Drew was the loan officer that I worked with during our refinance process. He was very knowledgeable about this company and took his time explaining every step of the way.  The whole experience started Oct. 2nd, 2018.  We had our closing today Oct. 16th, 2018.  After our closing Drew called to ask how everything went. That alone gave me a smile on my face. A big shoutout to Kaley, Drew, Dustin, and Bobby. You made our refinance experience wonderful.  P.S. After 2 weeks,  I’m still waiting for the big bank to let me know if I have been denied or they want our business.  Thank you Royal United.

Going Above and Beyond for the Customer!

Drew Colello and his team were just great. From my first conversation with Drew, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. He explained everything I needed to know and made it totally understandable. He kept in touch daily and his availability was impressive especially
since we’re in different time zones. I really liked being able to contact Drew via text and the electronic documentation. Though I didn’t speak with everyone on the team, I did talk with Rachel Moore and she was also great. I know the rest of the team was also working hard to get everything organized so that my loan processing went smoothly.
